Temporary Shipping Notice

Buckaroo Supply Co. will be on the road June 4–16. Online orders are still open during this time, but shipping may be delayed until we return. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible once we are back.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Because many of our items are handcrafted, made in small batches, or finished by hand, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, product launches, or event travel.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and service selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Buckaroo Supply Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Buckaroo Supply Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need help locating tracking information, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.
